Sunan at-Tirmithiy كتاب الصوم باب ما جاء من الرخصة فى الصوم فى السفر
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِىٍّ الْجَهْضَمِىُّ حَدَّثَنَا بِشْرُ بْنُ الْمُفَضَّلِ عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ أَبِى مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِى نَضْرَةَ عَنْ أَبِى سَعِيدٍ الْخُدْرِىِّ قَالَ كُنَّا نُسَافِرُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم فِى رَمَضَانَ فَمَا يَعِيبُ عَلَى الصَّائِمِ صَوْمَهُ وَلاَ عَلَى الْمُفْطِرِ إِفْطَارَهُ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
Abū-Sa'īd al-Khudrī said, "We used to travel with the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, during Ramadān. He would neither criticize those who chose to fast for fasting, nor those who chose not to fast for not fasting."
