Sunan at-Tirmithiy
The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, "God, Almighty and Sublime is He, said, 'The most beloved to Me, among my bondsmen, are those who are quickest to break their fast (1).'" Footnote (1): Perhaps the reason for being beloved by God is due to their following the sunnah (the Prophet's tradition) and distinguishing themselves from the people of the Scripture (the peoples who were sent the Torah and the Gospel), who delay the breaking of their fast.
