Sunan at-Tirmithiy كتاب البيوع باب [ لا يتفرقن عن بيع إلا عن تراض ]
حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ عَلِىٍّ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ وَهُوَ الْبَجَلِىُّ الْكُوفِىُّ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا زُرْعَةَ بْنَ عَمْرِو بْنِ جَرِيرٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِىِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لاَ يَتَفَرَّقَنَّ عَنْ بَيْعٍ إِلاَّ عَنْ تَرَاضٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ غَرِيبٌ.
The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, “The two parties involved in a sale should not part ways, unless they are in mutual agreement (1).”
(1) The seller is satisfied with the amount he received and the buyer is satisfied with the price he paid.
