Sunan at-Tirmithiy كتاب البيوع باب ما جاء فى أكل الربا

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ عَنْ سِمَاكِ بْنِ حَرْبٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ عَنِ ابْنِ مَسْعُودٍ قَالَ لَعَنَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم آكِلَ الرِّبَا وَمُوكِلَهُ وَشَاهِدَيْهِ وَكَاتِبَهُ. قَالَ وَفِى الْبَابِ عَنْ عُمَرَ وَعَلِىٍّ وَجَابِرٍ وَأَبِى جُحَيْفَةَ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ.
The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, cursed the person that receives interest (1), the one that pays it, the two witnesses and the one that documents it.
