Sunan at-Tirmithiy كتاب النكاح باب ما جاء فى الرجل يسلم وعنده أختان
حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ أَبِى وَهْبٍ الْجَيْشَانِىِّ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ ابْنَ فَيْرُوزَ الدَّيْلَمِىَّ يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ أَتَيْتُ النَّبِىَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم فَقُلْتُ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّى أَسْلَمْتُ وَتَحْتِى أُخْتَانِ. فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم اخْتَرْ أَيَّتَهُمَا شِئْتَ.
I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and told him, 'Messenger of God, I have embraced Islām, but I am married to two sisters.' The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, replied, 'Choose whichever of the two you wish. ' "
(1) i.e. to keep and divorce the other.
