ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ Qays Ibn-Abī-Gharazah said, "We used to be called brokers and the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, came out to us, and said, 'Merchants, Satan and vice are present at a sale (1), so combine your sales with charitable deeds (2).'” Footnotes: (1) Buying and selling can involve vain speech and false oaths. (2) As charitable deeds extinguish the Lord's wrath. ”
