The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, “In Paradise is a tree in whose shade a rider can travel for a hundred years and [still] not traverse it.” He added, “That is the extended shade.1'” Footnotes: 1- The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, was referring to the Qur’ānic verse (56 [Al-Wāqi`ah]: 30).
