ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ Abū-Hurayrah said, "The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, asked, 'Who shall take these words from me and act upon them, or teach them to someone who will act upon them?' I replied, 'I will, Messenger of God.' So, he took my hand and enumerated five [things], saying, 'Be mindful of what is forbidden [by God] and you will be the best of worshippers. Be pleased with what God has decreed for you, and you will be the richest of people. Be good to your neighbor, and you will be a believer. Love for others what you love for yourself, and you will be a Muslim. And, do not laugh excessively for, indeed, excessive laughter deadens the heart.'" ”
