ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him said, “When God wills for His bondsman (1) goodness, He uses him". He was asked, "And how does He use him, Messenger of God". He replied, "He guides him to do righteous work before dying." 1)Masculine pronouns are generally used in Arabic as a means for referring to both men and women when the meaning is left general and is not otherwise specified ”

Sunan at-Tirmithiy

A freed slave of the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, fell from the foliage of a date palm and died. The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, “find out if he has any heirs” “No,” they replied. He said, “Then distribute his inheritance to some of the people of the city.” (1) Footnotes: (1): The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, did not receive the inheritance himself, as prophets, peace and blessings of God be upon them, neither inherit, nor are they appointed as heirs.
