ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said, “God said, ‘Son of Adam, indeed as long as you call upon Me and put your hope in Me, I shall forgive you despite what [evil] had been within you and not mind. Son of Adam, if your sins were to reach the clouds in the sky and you then asked Me for My forgiveness, I would forgive you and not mind. Son of Adam, indeed if you were to come to Me with sins as great as the earth and then face Me without associating anything (any partners) with Me (1), the forgiveness that I offer you would certainly be as great.’” Footnotes: (1) i.e. die as a believer in the oneness of God ”
