حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَسْلَمَةَ عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنْ أَبِى إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِىِّ عَنْ أَبِى ثَعْلَبَةَ الْخُشَنِىِّ قَالَ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم عَنْ كُلِّ ذِى نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ.

حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِىُّ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ قَالُوا حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِىِّ عَنْ أَبِى إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِىِّ نَحْوَهُ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ. وَأَبُو إِدْرِيسَ الْخَوْلاَنِىُّ اسْمُهُ عَائِذُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ.

حَدَّثَنَا مَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النَّضْرِ هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا عِكْرِمَةُ بْنُ عَمَّارٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِى كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِى سَلَمَةَ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ حَرَّمَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم- يَعْنِى يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ- الْحُمُرَ الإِنْسِيَّةَ وَلُحُومَ الْبِغَالِ وَكُلَّ ذِى نَابٍ مِنَ السِّبَاعِ وَذِى مِخْلَبٍ مِنَ الطَّيْرِ. قَالَ وَفِى الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ وَعِرْبَاضِ بْنِ سَارِيَةَ وَابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ جَابِرٍ حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ غَرِيبٌ.
