Sunan at-Tirmithiy كتاب الطهارة باب ما جاء فى كراهية فضل طهور المرأة

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ وَمَحْمُودُ بْنُ غَيْلاَنَ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو دَاوُدَ عَنْ شُعْبَةَ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَاجِبٍ يُحَدِّثُ عَنِ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو الْغِفَارِىِّ أَنَّ النَّبِىَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم نَهَى أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِالْمَرْأَةِ. أَوْ قَالَ بِسُؤْرِهَا. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ. وَأَبُو حَاجِبٍ اسْمُهُ سَوَادَةُ بْنُ عَاصِمٍ. وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ فِى حَدِيثِهِ نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَنْ يَتَوَضَّأَ الرَّجُلُ بِفَضْلِ طَهُورِ الْمَرْأَةِ. وَلَمْ يَشُكَّ فِيهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَشَّارٍ.
Al-Ḥakam Ibn-'Amr al-Ghifārī said that the Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, advised against 1 a man performing ablution with the unused water of a woman's purification [bath]. Or he said, "...with the remaining water in her vessel ".
