ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ Abū Bakr asked the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, "Messenger of God, instruct me something I could say when the morning dawns upon me and when the evening falls upon me." He replied, "Say, 'O God, Knower of the unseen and the witnessed, Originator of the heavens and the earth, Lord of everything and its Ultimate Sovereign, I bear witness that there is no god but You. I seek refuge in You from the evil of myself and from the evil of Satan and from his [calls for] polytheism.'" The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, added, "Say it in the morning and in the evening and when you go to bed." ”
