MUHAMMAD’S TEACHINGS TO MANKIND
“ Abū-Shurayḥ al-‘Adawī said, "My eyes saw the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, and my ears heard him say, 'He who believes in God and the Last Day should duly honor his (1) guest. They asked, ‘And what is his due?' He replied, ‘a day and a night, and hospitality can extend to three days; beyond that, it is charity. And whoever believes in God and the Last Day should say good or keep silent.'"
