ḤADĪTH OF THE DAY

“ The Prophet, peace and blessings of God be upon him, performed the two prostrations of forgetfulness(1) after speaking (2). Footnotes: (1) Two prostrations performed at the end of a prayer when it is realized that part of the prayer was inadvertently missed or performed incorrectly. (2) i.e. after finishing his prayer and speaking to his companions. ”
