حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ وَكِيعٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبِى عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ ح قَالَ وَحَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ وَهُوَ ابْنُ مَدُّويَهْ حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُوسَى عَنْ إِسْرَائِيلَ وَاللَّفْظُ لِحَدِيثِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ أَبِى إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِىِّ عَنِ الْبَرَاءِ بْنِ عَازِبٍ عَنِ النَّبِىِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ الْخَالَةُ بِمَنْزِلَةِ الأُمِّ. وَفِى الْحَدِيثِ قِصَّةٌ طَوِيلَةٌ. وَهَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ.

حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ مُوسَى أَخْبَرَنَا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِى صَالِحٍ عَنْ أَبِيهِ عَنْ أَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم لاَ يَجْزِى وَلَدٌ وَالِدًا إِلاَّ أَنْ يَجِدَهُ مَمْلُوكًا فَيَشْتَرِيَهُ فَيُعْتِقَهُ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ لاَ نَعْرِفُهُ إِلاَّ مِنْ حَدِيثِ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِى صَالِحٍ. وَقَدْ رَوَى سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِىُّ وَغَيْرُ وَاحِدٍ عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِى صَالِحٍ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ.

حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِى عُمَرَ وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ الْمَخْزُومِىُّ قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِىِّ عَنْ أَبِى سَلَمَةَ قَالَ اشْتَكَى أَبُو الرَّدَّادِ اللَّيْثِىُّ فَعَادَهُ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عَوْفٍ فَقَالَ خَيْرُهُمْ وَأَوْصَلُهُمْ مَا عَلِمْتُ أَبَا مُحَمَّدٍ. فَقَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم يَقُولُ قَالَ اللَّهُ أَنَا اللَّهُ وَأَنَا الرَّحْمَنُ خَلَقْتُ الرَّحِمَ وَشَقَقْتُ لَهَا مِنَ اسْمِى فَمَنْ وَصَلَهَا وَصَلْتُهُ وَمَنْ قَطَعَهَا بَتَتُّهُ. وَفِى الْبَابِ عَنْ أَبِى سَعِيدٍ وَابْنِ أَبِى أَوْفَى وَعَامِرِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ وَأَبِى هُرَيْرَةَ وَجُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى حَدِيثُ سُفْيَانَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِىِّ حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ. وَرَوَى مَعْمَرٌ هَذَا الْحَدِيثَ عَنِ الزُّهْرِىِّ عَنْ أَبِى سَلَمَةَ عَنْ رَدَّادٍ اللَّيْثِىِّ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ وَمَعْمَرٌ كَذَا يَقُولُ قَالَ مُحَمَّدٌ وَحَدِيثُ مَعْمَرٍ خَطَأٌ.
Abūr-Raddād al-Laythī fell ill. When‘Abdur-Raḥmān Ibn-‘Awf visited him he said, "I have always known you to be the best [of people] and the most preserving [of kinship ties], Abū-Muḥammad (1)". ‘Abdur-Raḥmān replied, "I heard the Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, say, 'God said, "I am God and I am the All-Merciful (ar-Raḥmān). I created the womb (ar-Raḥim (2)) and derived a name for it from my own. Whoever upholds its ties of kinship, I will maintain ties with him, and whoever severs them, I will sever ties with him."'" حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِى عُمَرَ حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ حَدَّثَنَا بَشِيرٌ أَبُو إِسْمَاعِيلَ وَفِطْرُ بْنُ خَلِيفَةَ عَنْ مُجَاهِدٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو عَنِ النَّبِىِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ لَيْسَ الْوَاصِلُ بِالْمُكَافِئِ وَلَكِنَّ الْوَاصِلَ الَّذِى إِذَا انْقَطَعَتْ رَحِمُهُ وَصَلَهَا. قَالَ أَبُو عِيسَى هَذَا حَدِيثٌ حَسَنٌ صَحِيحٌ. وَفِى الْبَابِ عَنْ سَلْمَانَ وَعَائِشَةَ وَعَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ.
